The Connections Matter initiative was developed in Iowa with collaboration from many diverse community partners through the Central Iowa ACEs 360 Coalition. The program is administered in Iowa by Prevent Child Abuse Iowa (PCA Iowa). PCA Iowa also leads the licensing of the Connections Matter initiative nationwide with a diverse set of community partners.
